This was a shoot I did while in Morocco for one of the greatest growing experiences of my life. I attended a workshop called Immersed, which is all about destination photography and how to thrive in crazy environments. I am so grateful for this community of creatives that puts on these events, and think it is the most invaluable thing one can do for themselves. I hope to forever continue learning for myself personally, my couples, and my professional self.

We did this shoot at sunrise in the centre of our Riad. A riad is defined as: A riad (Arabic: رياض‎) is a type of traditional Moroccan house or palace with an interior garden or courtyard, centered around a water feature. Caroline looked striking fresh out of bed with no makeup, and Jacob rocked swimming trunks like a champ.
