I was so lucky to meet Amy, of Brier and Ivy last year at a workshop in Morocco. We immediately bonded and i’m so grateful for the amount of times we’ve gotten to catch up since. When she asked me to come down to Portland for the day to capture the big life changes they were experiencing (enter, Butter) I couldn’t have been more pumped.

It so happened that the day our shoot was scheduled for, ended up being the day they also signed the lease on their new store front just around the corner from their home. I was so happy I could be there to catch the excitement and progression of the big things in their life, and feel close to this new journey they’re going on! We cozied up at home, walked around the neighborhood in the January sun, drank beer, and I got a tour of their brand new empty studio, which I am so excited to watch blossom.
