elopement, Mountains

Brooke & Jeremy

This day was filled with intention. The first thing Brooke mentioned to me was that they wanted to get married at dawn because one of their greatest joys as a couple is sharing in the quiet stillness of the morning hours. We arrived to the pass in complete darkness with anticipation in the air, I watched the stars fade and we made the short hike out to the view we had previously chosen. The sun rose to effective light and Jeremy kissed Brooke goodbye to get dress around the rocky bend. I helped Brooke into her beautiful Marie Gabriel gown and she wrapped up in a blanket to stay warm. They shared the most beautiful first look i’ve ever witnessed, then hand and hand walked across the mountainside to begin the ceremony. They wed themselves but shared in letters from loved ones as well as traditional and personal vows, then as they had their first kiss the first rays of direct lay cascaded across them. The entire morning felt like complete magic and being a part of the intimacy of their celebration was a privilege. I love you guys!
