I met these two at Kenzie’s family cabin out on Whidbey Island on a sunny day in August. It was the very same place where Scott proposed earlier this summer. We ran around the beach and popped some champagne on the deck with Kenz’s (the coolest) grandparents, and then ventured around the Island to a beautiful beach and bluff, where the sun slowly got lower and a deeper hue of orange. We practically had the beach to ourselves, and just ran around barefoot on the pebbles until it got dark. Then grandma made us the most amazing (warm) cookies, and we called it a night. I adore them.
