One of the sweetest relationships i’ve gotten to capture, these two were finally able to have a celebration, though it looked very different than it was originally supposed to. It was the first of September, and the sky was clear and shining. At the most beautiful little A-Frame in Packwood, Megan and Tony were married by their best friend with only their parents present. We toasted, we laughed and cried, and then the three of us headed up the mountain for them to share in private vows. We hiked up one of their favorite trails, until we came upon the little lake that Megan had had in her head. They took their spots in the field just as the sun split its rays across the horizon, and spoke private promises for one another. We took our time in exploring and descending, watching the mountain turn blue as the sun moved farther below the horizon. I live for days as magical as this.
