It was early October, and the fog hung low over Vashon Island with sun breaking through just closest to the water. It was tiny wedding day for Lucia and Wes, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Lu is the kind of person who just makes you feel not just seen, but completley adored the second you connect. From the day we started planning their tiny wedding this summer, I knew that it was going to be a special one. Winding trails through forest that led to a big bluff over the sound, where they eventually had their ceremony with only their closest people. As we got ready for the ceremony the fog lifted and created the most ethereal mood, she walked down the aisle sat under a giant Madrona tree to acoustic guitar. It was a perfect day. It finished with a backyard celebration (margs and the bombest food) where we celebrated late into the night. Love you Lu.
