It was my first time in Rainier all season, and I was so excited to get to the park. It’s probably my favorite national park, and the most sentimental to me. I love the ragged peaks, the meadows of rolling wildflowers, and the overall grandiosity of the place. Lilly and Eli are a few pals of mine that I met over the last few years, and I completely adore them as individuals and as a couple. When they got engaged this summer, I knew we’d have the best time creating something epic for their engagements. Them both being East Coasters, we brainstormed a bit on a good location. Rainier came to mind for me right away, as the first time I met Eli was skiing at Crystal Mountain right near this side of the park at Sunrise. It couldn’t be a better summer night, golden light, snow capped peaks, a dusty trail, and some beer. We explore the short little trails around Sunrise and ogled at the views. I love these two and their adorable playful energy. And Lilly is a mountain fairy in her striking yellow dress.
